DLC offers payment arrangements to allow customers to pay their account balance in monthly installments. These installments are billed along with your current monthly charges and both must be paid on time, in full each month. If you have whole-house electric heat or an add-on heat pump, your monthly installment would be billed along with your monthly budget amount.
Select “Apply Now” below to sign up for a new payment arrangement or make changes to an existing arrangement by providing updated income. In order to use the online payment arrangement portal, you must be an active, residential customer. If you are a business customer, enrolled in the Customer Assistance Program (CAP) or if your electric service has been disconnected, please contact us at 412-393-7100 (residential) or 412-393-7300 (business) to discuss additional options.
